Gorgias

Anecdote integration with Gorgias will allow you to get product insights from chat conversations users are having with your support agents via Gorgias.

In order to enable the integration please complete the following steps:

1. Make sure your Anecdote account is enabled and operational. Please visit https://anec.cc to log in to your account. In case of any issues with your account please reach customer support at [e-mail].

2. Visit the Sources page on the Anecdote platform.

3. Click Activate button under the Gorgias section of the Sources page.

4. You'll be redirected to the Gorgias authentication page where you'll need to use your Gorgias credentials to sign in using OAuth.

5. After the successful sign-in Gorgias will redirect you to the success page and you'll be able to navigate to the Anecdote dashboard.

6. Anecdote will start synchronizing your existing data and generate AI-powered insights from the Gorgias data. It might take up to a few hours to complete, depending on the size of the data.

7. After the data is synchronized and processed you'll be able to see the insights in the Anecdote dashboard under the Gorgias data source label.
